Maximum occupancy is 14 (children under 5 not included in total).

 

Audio/Video: The house is equipped with smart TVs throughout. YouTube TV is provided and offers all the same live shows, sports, and local channels as you are accustomed to. In the great room and bonus room are newer smart, LED 4K TVs with webOS for streaming and app use.  We have provided HDMI extension cables at each TV. Most HDMI cables are connected directly to the TV. In the great room the HDMI cable is attached to the DVD player. Unplug the HDMI cable, attach your device, and then select DVD input on the receiver below. Please return the cable to DVD player when done. Contact us with questions. Please do not rewire/reprogram or sign out of the YouTube/YouTubeTV apps.

 

Queen air mattress in the bonus room is in the drawer on the opposite side of the pool table. Please return it to that location after use.

 

Kitchen & Appliances: The kitchen is full of gadgets, utensils, and cooking tools. To the left of the stove is a drawer full of spices. The cabinet over the coffee maker has cooking oils, flour, and sugar for your use. You will also be provided with a few paper towel rolls, trash bags, and a new sponge in your starter kit.

 

Garbage and Recycling: Pick up is Monday and Wednesday for Trash with Recycling coming only on Wednesdays. You do not need to move any cans to the street, they are taken from the garbage access room door off the garage. There are three cans – the blue one without a lid is only for clean recyclable items. Please do not use this for trash as we are billed accordingly. PLEASE, do not throw recycling, especially unbroken down cardboard boxes in trash. This has recently become a huge issue resulting in trash bills of over $100 extra per week. We do not want to pass these charges onto guests so please help us by taking your large recycling to the free recycle center between Circles 3 & 4 (near the fire station) if you can’t fit them in the blue recycling bin.

 

SHARC Passes: 12 SHARC/Tennis Court passes are hanging in the laundry room and provide unlimited use. We have 12 large towels at the house for use at the SHARC or hot tub.

 

Pool Table: The pool table is often the most abused/damaged item in our home and the cost to re-felt the table is $700-$1000. You are assuming the liability damage of ALL guests during your stay. PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW food/drink or unsupervised children to use or play around the pool table. Guests responsible for ALL damages. Table will be inspected following stay and damages billed accordingly.

 

Ping Pong Table: Ping Pong Table is in the garage. If the table needs to be moved, open, or folded please use 2 people. Directions are located on the bottom of the table.

 

Items For You to Bring: Personal toiletries including shampoo & conditioner, toothpaste, etc. We provide bath gels, laundry, and kitchen soaps. There are typically extra shampoos in the linen closet or under sinks left by other guests, but not guaranteed.

 

Now that you’ve been introduced to our home, it’s time for an incredible vacation! It is our goal to offer a 5-Star rental experience. We appreciate you staying with us and hope our home will help make for the most enjoyable and relaxing time in Sunriver!
