  • Take Cottonwood Road exit from Hwy 97 and follow past North Store Gas station to Circle 10

  • At Circle 10, follow signs to Circle 11, towards Circle 4 (past Fort Rock Park)

  • At Circle 4, take the first right turn towards Circle 5 on Abbot Drive and follow Abbot until you reach Klamath/Umpqua

  • Turn right (dead end sign on corner) and stay to the right at the “Y”

  • #1 Umpqua is the first house on the left on the circle


Front Door Entry:

  • Keypad for the smart lock is located behind the doorbell at the left of the entry.

  • Your access code will be the last 4 digits of the phone number used when booking.

    • To unlock, input your 4 numbers and then press the red icon at bottom keypad

    • To lock, push the red icon after shutting door

  • If the lock does not open on your first attempt, push the red icon to lock it.  Then re-enter your code.  This should reset it.

  • If for some reason there is an issue, please contact us immediately and we will provide you an alternative way to enter the home.

We would like to share a few tips when staying at Paradise Pines to make your stay more enjoyable and to keep the home in good working order for our next visitors.

  • Maximum occupancy is 14 (children under 5 do not count towards this total)

  • Pool Table: The pool table should be used with care by adults or with adult supervision. Damage to the felt can occur if pool cues are used incorrectly. No drinks on or near the table. Don’t use the pool cues for anything but playing pool. Please treat this table as if it were your own. The table will be checked after each guest checks out and we will need

    to bill accordingly for damages.

  • Ping Pong Table: Ping Pong Table is located in the garage and will need to be moved, opened, and folded by 2 people, as it is very difficult with only one person. Directions are located on the bottom of the table.

  • Audio/Video: The house is equipped with smart TVs throughout. Instead of traditional cable, YouTubeTV is provided and offers all the same live shows, sports, and local channels as you are accustomed to. In the great room and bonus room are brand new smart, LED 4K TVs with webOS for streaming and app use. We have instructions at each entertainment system that hopefully will guide you, as well as QR codes.

    • If you have issues, please do not rewire or reprogram anything. We have provided HDMI extension cables at the back of each TV if you’re looking to hookup your own equipment. Also, please do not sign out of the YouTube TV app. This will prevent others from accessing their favorite channels. Contact us with questions and we will assist.

  • Queen air mattress in the bonus room is located in the drawer on the opposite side of the pool table. Please return it to that location after use.

  • SHARC Passes: 12 SHARC/Tennis Court passes are hanging in the laundry room and provide unlimited use. Please return them when you are finished to avoid a $50 fee. We have 12 large towels at the house for use at the SHARC or hot tub.

  • Kitchen & Appliances: Instructions for appliances are located in the storage area next to the wine cooler. The kitchen is full of gadgets, utensils, and cooking tools. If you do not find what you need let us know; we want the kitchen to be fully equipped. To the left of the stove is a drawer full of spices and other cooking essentials. The cabinet over the coffee maker has extra cooking sprays and oils for your use.

  • Garbage: Pick up from June to Sept is both Monday afternoon & Thursday morning. For summer guests, you may find the garbage area full at times. This is expected and it is acceptable to keep piling bags on top. It will be removed.


  • Items for you to bring: personal toiletries including shampoo, & conditioner, toothpaste, etc. We provide bath, laundry, and kitchen soaps, as well as cleaning/sanitation supplies to assist with maintaining COVID precautions.

  • Visitors staying >5 Nights: If you use a large quantity of towels during your stay, please do a load or two to make things easier at check out and for our cleaning team


Now that you’ve been introduced to our home, it’s time for an incredible vacation!. It is our goal to build the best lodging experience Sunriver has to offer.
