This house is five star all the way. Every guest has a bathroom! The kitchen is fully stocked and the house has more than you need. It was a lovely surprise to have the Christmas tree up and lit early too! The owner Kristen is super responsive and kind. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

May 2021Our family has rented many places during our 35 years of vacationing at Sunriver. This is by far our favorite. These are our priorities for a great rental:comfortable beds, several master suites, great functioning wifi/TVs, comfortable sofa that fits our whole family, very clean, extra family room, space for jigsaw puzzle… 1 Umpqua has all of that.
We loved our visit again this year. TV was upgraded and bigger. Wifi worked great. Our grandkids are old enough now (almost 11 and 13) that we need an extra space for them to play video games. The dining room table is big enough for us to eat. The house was very clean as usual and we very much appreciated the housekeepers efforts. And a bonus – the bikes were good enough that we did not have to rent any… that has never happened at a rental. We would love to come back.
